Cancellation and Refund Policy for Sri Guru Raghavendra Matrimony (OPC) Private Limited

At Sri Guru Raghavendra Matrimony (OPC) Private Limited ("Website," "Service," "we," "our," "us"), we strive to provide clarity regarding cancellations and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Cancellation Policy
Once a profile has been registered and payment is made for any service or membership, cancellations are not permitted.
Services are digital in nature and are delivered upon successful registration and payment confirmation. Therefore, cancellations do not apply once the service has been availed.
Bio Data and Photo Submission:
If the required biodata and photos for profile registration are not submitted in full within 30 days of successful payment (even if partial information has been provided but the complete requested information is not received), the profile registration will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued. If the required documents are submitted after the 30-day period, the profile will need to be re-registered, and a new registration fee will apply.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds once payment has been successfully processed. All membership fees and service charges are non-refundable, whether fully or partially utilized.
Before making any payment, users are encouraged to clarify any doubts or questions about our services. If clarifications are not sought before payment, no refunds will be provided afterward for unresolved queries.
3. Delays Due to Workload
Our matrimony team may experience delays due to workload, resulting in late responses (up to a week or 15 days). Users are requested to wait patiently and may send reminders every 3 days via call or WhatsApp. However, this delay does not warrant any refund claims.
4. Fraudulent Activities
If any fraudulent activity is detected, such as the registration of a fake user, a broker posing as a legitimate member, or any similar violations, the account will be immediately deleted without any refund due to the breach of our terms and conditions.
5. Duplicate Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment, the extra payment will be refunded after verifying the transaction details. If the second payment was intended for additional services, it will not be considered a duplicate payment and will not be refunded. Refund processing may take 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processes.
6. Membership for Non-Brahmin Users
Our service is strictly for Brahmin community profiles only. Non-Brahmin users who attempt to register will not have their profiles created, and no refunds will be provided since users are expected to review the service details before registration.
7. GST Compliance
Our company is GST-compliant, and all payments made through our platform are subject to applicable GST rates. The invoice provided will include a breakdown of the service cost and the GST amount.
8. Changes to Membership Plans
Membership plans and service conditions may change at any time. Users will be informed of changes, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms. Refund requests based on changes to membership plans or service conditions will not be entertained.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding payments or cancellations must be addressed by contacting our support team at [info@gururaghavendramatrimony.com]. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. Refunds will not be provided for user negligence or carelessness.
